Offset printing is Commonly used and a printing technique where an inked image is transferred – or offset – from a plate to a rubber blanket and then to paper or other materials. At Impact Label, we primarily use offset printing for projects that require small type, fine detail, and large quantity labels.
There are different types of sticker materials available for sticker production based on uses and production process.
Clear or White Polypropylene(Synthetic Polymer Type)
A thin & durable film used for nearly all custom stickers. Measuring in at about 2.6 millimeter, this material is available in white, or clear, depending on your needs. We print Die Cut, Kiss Cut, and all of our labels on white or clear polypropylene.
Glossy Paper Material
Glossy Paper Material is a premium, high quality stock option with a mirror-smooth surface, used for our Glossy/Matt Paper Labels. This specific material measures at 3.7 millimeter. Glossy lamination works perfectly for your food labeling and container type. Matt Lamination is the best fit for Cosmetics, Medicine container. Also useable for outdoor marketing, Advertisements, etc.
Recycled Vellum Material
Recycled Vellum uses the highest quality recycled fibers available, making it a 100% post-consumer fiber. Measuring in at 3.2 mil, this material is another excellent option for food labeling. Recycled Vellum is used for our Matte Recycled Paper Labels.
